BillerAPI Terms of Service
These terms outline your responsibilities when using BillerAPI Operations. Updated: January 10, 2025.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the BillerAPI platform, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines provided to you during onboarding.
2. Use of the service
You are responsible for maintaining the security of credentials and access to the BillerAPI Operations platform. Misuse or unauthorized access may result in suspension.
3. Data ownership
BillerAPI retains ownership of operational data. You agree to use information solely for authorized operational purposes.
4. Service levels
BillerAPI provides commercially reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability. Detailed SLAs may apply for specific features.
5. Limitation of liability
BillerAPI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability will not exceed fees paid in the twelve months preceding the incident.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days notice. We may suspend services immediately if usage violates the law or our security policies.
