BillButler Terms of Service
These terms outline your responsibilities when using BillButler Operations. Updated: January 10, 2025.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the BillButler platform, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines provided to you during onboarding.
2. Use of the service
You are responsible for maintaining the security of credentials and access to the BillButler Operations platform. Misuse or unauthorized access may result in suspension.
3. Data ownership
BillButler retains ownership of operational data. You agree to use information solely for authorized operational purposes.
4. Service levels
BillButler provides commercially reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability. Detailed SLAs may apply for specific features.
5. Limitation of liability
BillButler is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability will not exceed fees paid in the twelve months preceding the incident.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days notice. We may suspend services immediately if usage violates the law or our security policies.
