BillButler Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and protect your information on the BillButler Operations platform. Updated: January 10, 2025.
1. Information we collect
We collect account information (name, email, password hash), operational data (task completions, earnings, performance metrics), and standard usage data (IP addresses, browser type, access timestamps).
2. How we use data
Your information is used to operate the platform, process payments, improve service quality, and communicate operational updates. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
3. Data retention
We retain account data for the duration of your active account plus 90 days after closure. Operational records may be retained longer for compliance and audit purposes.
4. Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Access is restricted by role-based controls and monitored with audit logging.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting privacy@billerapi.com. We will respond within 30 days.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 14 days before taking effect.
